  • Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • In original condition

    • In original packaging with all accessories

  • The following items are non-returnable:

    • Food items and snacks

    • Personal care or opened products

    • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

🔹 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will assist you promptly.

🔹 Refunds

  • Once the returned item is approved and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
